As a dedicated advocate for immigrant inclusion, I bring over a decade of experience championing international cooperation, integration, and justice. From leading anti-radicalization projects in Lapland to coordinating EU-funded initiatives for immigrant rights and education, I have worked tirelessly to ensure every voice is heard. I’ve trained teachers, empowered youth, and built networks that uplift communities. My journey—from international student to PhD researcher—mirrors the immigrant dream: resilience, contribution, and belonging. I stand for a Finland where diversity is strength, and immigrants are not just welcomed, but empowered. Let’s build a more inclusive, united future—together.
Viktigt för mig
Ensure Democratic Participation for All
Everyone deserves a voice. I will work to ensure that all immigrants, especially youth, women, and elderly people, are included in decision-making. This means supporting civic education, offering voting guidance in multiple languages, and building trust so all communities—regardless of religion or background—can participate equally in our democracy.
Provide Easy Access to All Services
Public services should be simple, fair, and welcoming. I will push for clear, multilingual communication in healthcare, education, and social support. Immigrant families—especially mothers, seniors, and young people—deserve access without confusion or barriers. Services must reflect real life, not paperwork or privilege.
Develop Multicultural Inclusion
Finland is home to many cultures, languages, and religions—and that should be seen and respected every day. I want to support community centers, events, and spaces where everyone feels welcome, whether you are Muslim, Christian, or follow no religion. I also want to make it easier for immigrants to find jobs. That means giving help in plain Finnish (selkokieli), sharing clear job information, and making sure everyone gets a fair chance to work and grow. Diversity will make Finland stronger.
