Hi! My name is Rami, born and raised in Dubai, UAE. I hold two degrees in ICT Engineering and International Business. And I am on a mission to make Turku a globally competing city in terms of Economy, Career, Wellbeing, and Infrastructure/Services. I hope to see a future Turku where everyone is having a fulfilling happy life doing what they love whether it is working, living, studying, or else.
To achieve my mission, I aim committed to focus on improving the general infrastructure and services in Turku city to that they actually achieve their purpose of serving us.
But of course that costs money. Tax and cuts cannot be indefinitely increased. I believe with efficient use of money and increasing investments and amount of tax payer, we are able to reach an economically sustainable future of our city.
I highly value equality and fairness. I hope to tackle social issues to see a version of Turku where everyone feels safe and treated fairly, leaving out all types of discrimination.
